Change of Circumstances

You need to let us know as soon as certain circumstances change, such as the ones listed below:

  • You have moved, or are about to move home
  • Your name and/or title has changed
  • Your reason for being eligible for free bus travel has changed. In this case, if you are now entitled due to disability criteria (including being eligible for a companion card) you must take your 'Certificate of Eligibility' (Green Form) to The Point or either of the area offices listed below so that your claim can be verified.

If any of the above applies to you, then this is the form to be used to tell us about your new circumstances.

Where to get the Form

You can collect a form at The Point or either of the Area Offices at Bucksburn or Peterculter (details below). Alternatively, you can click on the following link to download the Change of Circumstances Form.

You will need to print out the form and complete it by hand, as it requires a signature.
