
Cardholder Information
If you already have an Accord card, we hope that you are finding it easy to use. If you are experiencing any difficulty with the use of your card the following may be of help:
Lost or stolen cards:
If your Accord card has been lost or stolen, it is important that you advise us immediately on the Accord Office Helpline on 0845 345 2789, Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm. Please leave a message on our answerphone outwith these hours.
If you are a secondary school pupil and your card has been lost or stolen during school hours you should contact your school office IMMEDIATELY. Outwith school hours please contact the Accord Office Helpline.
Faulty Cards:
If your card is not working for some reason but does not appear to be damaged, first gently rub the surface of the chip on some soft material and try using it again. If the problem persists: contact the Accord Office on 0845 345 2789, Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm; they will be able to assist over the phone. This may mean asking you to return your card to the Accord Office to find out what the cause is. Faulty cards will be replaced free of charge.
If you are a secondary school pupil and your card appears to be faulty please contact your school office during school hours, otherwise contact the Accord Office.
